 Production of exterior door coverings
On exterior doors high demands are made. Such doors must be wind, water and air durable, have good heat transfer coefficient and high sound isolation coefficient. Furthermore we all wish us, that doors are aesthetically beautiful and in fact not only while they are new, but also after a long period of time. To satisfy this requirements one needs know-how and qualitative materials. For the covering of exterior doors we have selected a expensive, high qualitative, impregnated and water resistant UMIDAX-HLS particle board.This in Belgium produc- ed plate is certificated complying with the EN 13986:2002 standard, which is satisfying the quality of this water resistant plate.
The exterior door covering is manufactured from water resistent particle boards produced in Belgium. The quality of this covering plates is certificated and there are records about researches against water resistance carried out in Lithuania. Before colouring we additionally impregnate the plates with the „Milesi“ two-component polyurathane insulator. With this insulator covered surface we apply the „Milesi“ two-component polyurathane priming coat. The ration between priming coat and amplifier is controlled by an electronic system. Thus the surface covering is achieving a very good chemical consistency. After this step a good prepared covering surface is coloured with „Milesi“ two-component polyurethane colour. This high qualitative colour do not fade even after many years. Offered milling types:
